Please Contact C/S

Hi anyone can help me about that i know my Id and email but i dont know my pw and i cant contact the cs without login how i can get my pw

1. creating another account
2. contact c/s and write them a message, that your id is: "insert your id here:P" and
3. attach a copy of your identification card

Make a new Account and then contact them .. i did this too and i got my Account back

oh hehepwnz was a little bit faster than me :P

Im trying this becuase my account got hacked.... when i sent a C/S request for the password i include all information including email / name / username etc. + 2 photo ID pictures and they said i shared the account but i have never shared... had over 300kk on the account so i guess im going to keep sending C/S in till kalonline gets their hands out of their a**es

tell them that if they dont react you will contact the lawyer and they will get problems becuase you get hacked, because they dindt keep theyr database save and its proofable. In this case they have to refound your stuff.

Hey Leute,
habe bei einem blocked Acc. immer fleißig CS geschrieben, und auf einmal war mein PW geändert?
Wenn ich mein PW via Email anfordere, kommt immer Please Contact C/S..
Leider reagieren die GM's nicht darauf wenn ich via neuem Acc. das PW anfordere. Obwohl blocked Acc. ja kein pw ändern könnnen, wurde es geändert, wohl leider über db....

mfg iwelche hilfen?

Leider kann man auch das PW nicht per Mail schicken lassen.
Hast du eine Idee?
