SWSRO BUG ANYONE HELP?

Hey people,

My swsro is doing my head in.. Everytime i log into my account now
It just shuts its self down,Like its bugged. My char is in dunwhang dont know if anyone else has this bug, but help if u can :)

srofolder -> settings ->"yourcharname"_QS.dat -> delete
