you can EDIT some visual stuff with a hex editor?? that doesn't sound too realistic... but MY suggestion would be to first find it (DUH!)... will probably be in a wdf or whatever those are, use a decompiler to open it. Then just replace the old effect file with the new file (that you have edited...) should work, no promises though [/b][/quote]
