I got some bound items super lvl 120 and I'd love to join it on my Fan,
but it says that I can't due to the level. Is it there any tool that ignores the level and make it able ?

Wrong section and assuming you mean official conquer, no. It's checked server side (there was a time when it wasn't like that though)

/request close. This is not a place to request hacks/bots and we do not have a section for hacks/bots for pservers on here really.

i dont think its a level problem. according to the site, it says bound items cant be used to add socket progress.

You need to be a Merchant first (MerchantClerk in market).
You must wait 5 days before you have become a merchant. You can always talk to the MerchantClerk at any time to cancel your merchant account to be a normal adventurer.
Once become a merchant, you will automatically agree that: all of your equipment and items are not protected by the Forbidden Sale system in the game ->You can put High quality equipment in your tali.

With bound items you can only bound talis socketing!
