I see a turkey's server, where all client show the level. How make this?

hey man, i think, i saw the same video what you mean.
They have the "Level-Show" and the new Shop's.

An polish man, in a polish forum have it too.
He had write some informations about it, how to install it, but in polnish :b ;
and google translater is damn shit if we translate it :/.
