Limit on Shift Screen?

Would it be possible to change the limit on the shift screen?
Because if the limit was just a little bit higher you would be able to get across canyons using fly.. this would be very helpful and save alot of time.

I think it would also work if you were using Tor's Speed Hacked fly to get across if the shift screen limit was somewhat altered..

Possible?

an explanation: man, you cannot change the limit because it is set by the client and controlled by the server.
right now, you can send a hop command by using packets, but it the server realizes that you are not able to actually hop that distance from your current position, flying or not, it will give you the message: You cannot jump that far!

How do you think speedhacks work? You exploit certain things about the server.

Yes, but when you are flying you can click anywhere on the screen and u go there.. unlike how when jumping you can only go on certain parts of the screen without it saying "You cannot jump this far"...

It wont work for 2 reasons:
-There is a server check on jump distance. Flying and Jumping use the same protocol, just a different visual effect.
-The co-ordinates between the canyon are innaccessable. Even if it were 1 co-odinate wide, you wouldn't be able to jump over inaccessable co-ords. Try in lab for example, you can't jump iver small walls.

And i think it would take a very large shift to get such thing anyway. Why not use my teleport hack? :D
