Can't you really read or search first? The servers are offline since yesterday 6:00 PM GMT+2 . They will come back online today at 6:00 PM GMT+2.

Csro servers shutdown, use your mouse's scrolling function.. Tho they will be open in 5 hours (9 pm now in china).
