There is another thread saying sync doesn’t work and won’t refund any money, i’d avoid

If you got a new CPU after the ban, that may help with the TPM issue, but a clean Windows reinstall alone might not be enough since other hardware IDs could still be flagged. I'd start with a clean reinstall and use a perm spoofer, don't wanna risk getting the new fTPM banned too.
