About HWID bans

Hello, I was wondering if R6 still gives HWID bans after cheating.

I remember that like 2-3 years ago they used to give them after multiple cheat offenses and I wonder if that changed today.

Multiple people on here claim Ubisoft doesn't issue HWID bans, which is false. The reality is that HWID bans are just very rare, but they still exist. I've had over 1.5K+ accounts banned and still haven't received an HWID ban myself.
