whats the best 1pc cheat i can get for around 150usd a month? safety is my highest priority since spoofing is a pain in the ass :p

For you, the better option would be a Hypervisor ESP or DMA.

Pour DMA Sensory or Vodka : DM : mrayko
ESP HV : Scarion.pub (Dev maverz1337) or Kataklysme or Hypercall HV . He does update it, but his service is very slow. Still, he generally has a good understanding of what he’s offering.

For long-term use, you won't find any memory cheat at that price

i cant really do DMA since i dont have 2 pcs, however i could buy a makcu or some hardware device so if theres a good 1pc hardware cheat for around 150 a month could you recommend me something? thanks in advance
