DMA Question

Is there a difference in detection with reading and writing like if I where to only use dma for walls or something would that lower chances of being banned at all and does that make it less risky?

In DMA, the biggest problem is iommu not reading or writing;
it does not matters really much because the IOMMU flag is more important than memory modifications

Read-only is generally less risky than writing, but your DMA setup, software, firmware, and behavior still matter
