Does RICE track buffs？

I used a Pixel Bot throughout the entire 12.0 patch cycle.
To be honest, it performed quite well.
However, I always felt that it didn’t monitor my buffs properly, and the logic behind many skill casts wasn’t optimal.
Is this a common limitation of all Pixel Bots?
Many people are recommending RICE to me. I’d like to know what the real‑world experience with RICE is like.
If RICE also barely tracks buffs and just executes a preset rotation mechanically, then there’s no point in switching

Yes rice tracks buffs and performs simcraft rotations. Its not a one button or highlight assist bot. They relied on highlight assist in the first 2-4 weeks of midnight cause they needed to find good solutions after the addon restrictions but since then they are back to full custom rotations.

Same goes for Tempest i believe. Not really sure about Inferno in its current state. As far as im aware rice already has a solution for season 2 as well which will be even more restrictive towards arura tracking.

Holy shared a screen from the ptr with some users including me that shows the buff tracking, but i dont think im allowed to share that here.
