Need Help with finding a reliable spoofer.

Wanting one whats trusted / works nicely, and wont fuck shit up.

I have an Gigabyte Z490I AORUS ULTRA , i am looking at a permanent spoofer (one time purchase / lifetime key) and i am curious between these.
