i want to know which one is safe external or internal cheat?

it completely depends on the implementation and how well it is made but internal is usually better for performance since it runs in the same process context and has access to the games address space and memory directly through the mmu which makes memory reads/writes and calling game functions way faster

If you see an internal cheat, stay away from it. For Valorant, internal cheats generally carry a much higher risk of detection(%90).
