Smbios curropted , mismatch msinfo32 need help

i used some shitty spoofer ( the void garbo guy ) and it permanently spoofed my smbios into something else that dosnt match the motherboard , now i cant even use a legit temp provider , my msinfo32 shows a b550-m while my real board is a B840-A wifi plus ...

how do i fix this ? is this even fixable ? or done motherboard bricked for ever , what about other games ? will i just get banned auto from any EAC game from now on bcz of that ?

There's no reason to worry.

Void has an SMBIOS-Fixer included in their permanent spoofer, and it doesn't touch your SMBIOS by default.

I'm not entirely aware of how everything works internally, but it only changes your SMBIOS (aka msinfo32) if you explicitly allow it or run a function that specifically states it does. They have an SMBIOS-Fixer which can adjust your spoof. I am not sure if they have an "un-spoof" function however. You'd need to have a look.

Last but not least, since Garbo is a very good friend of mine, if things don't work out between you and him, you're welcome to have your SMBIOS fixed at Verse for free. I do not assume this will be needed, however.

With all due respect sir, you came to Void. You told us about your situation, you gave me your key, I showed you the logs, and your MSINFO was already ruined before you used Void.

We do have a Smbios fixer if you want. You can easily use that. It's very easy to use and it's mentioned in our guide. You can fix your MSINFO back, simple as that. We do not touch it by default. We only touch it if it is actually ruined. By ruined I mean random digits and numbers, not changed or mismatched to a different model, and you already had it before using the key.

I did show you the logs that when you input your key, your Serials were already like that before you even clicked on the spoof button. Please do not blame it on us because we did not cause this. I understand the frustration and how it must feel. I would really love to help you out but trying to blame us for something we did not do will not help your case regardless.

Not to mention we also have an unspoof button that you can easily click once and everything goes back to as it was before you used a spoofer. You can also use that if you're still convinced that we are the reason.

i never used any spoofer before your spoofer, my serials were never messed up you are just making that up ... i was HWID banned in rust and your guide said install a new windows with a raid0 setup which everyone knows it dosnt work anymore .

after that i was never able to unban my self even if i didnt used anything , your Smbios fixer wont change anything it will just returnt the keys and serials back to original one not the miss match info that is presented in smbios showing b550 in msinfo32 while in reality i have a b840-A

you seriously expect me to pay you more money ? after all that ? you probably cost me like 400$ this motherboard is bricked unless someone can magically fix the smbios firmware or send it back to the original one , you cant be serious i mean this is just straight up insult

You're still convinced that we did this, and I'm telling you we have over 18,000 users, and this is not a common issue. This is not an issue in the first place because we do not touch Symbios if there's nothing wrong with it. Please type your key here, and I will give you all the evidence you need to prove myself innocent here in public so that people can see it instead of just having messages. Let's talk screenshots.

Also I would appreciate actually posting a picture of your bios and a picture of your MSInfo so the people can see everything.

it can only be you , cause i never used anyone elses spoofer there is only 1 spoofer that was used on this pc before the most recent one and the keys were messed up before that .

also wdym by post your key here ? what key ? my void key ? whats the point of that exactly ?

posting bios and ms32info pictures for what ? the Bios shows Prime B840-A and the Msinfo32 shows B550-M , you want me to post a picture of that for what exactly ? so you can somehow fabricate some story that this wasnt done by you ? magically someone changed my smbios serials without me even asking for it ? what are you implying here i dont get it

either way those SMbios keys are now messed up and the whole firmware is fked , i need someone who can re write a whole new firmware for my smbios and all due respect i doubt im gonna find it here in this forum . not from you defenately

Feel free to try my temp spoofer for rust if you would like to use something that only temporary changes stuff in your pc and restores back to your original after a pc reboot.

your spoofer will not work for me , no spoofer in the market not even the +200$ ones work , did you not read anything i wrote up there ?

void spoofer screwed my smbios firmware completely , there is a missmatch between smbios data and the real hardware on ring 0 EAC will constantly flag that and ban any account i log into . i need someone who can write DMI keys and rewrite smbios firmware

in otherwords i need an actual developer ... not another resell monkey like garbo all do respect

Have you tried reported smbios fixer? That’s why it’s important to buy the right spoofer and not just trust anybody, you’ve bought something that put you in a worse position you already were in.

Next time stick to temporary spoofers and you will not face this type of issues, hope you solve it :)

yeah i tried the reported smbios fixer , it dosnt really do anything it will just reset the serials on the fake Baseboard which is shown in the smbios , which pretty much does nothing cause the missmatch is still there . i also believe that reported is also another scam spoofer but thats another story for another time

by the look of it there is no solution , unless Asus support can magically fix this , the board is bricked , the good news is this was the last time i ever bought any kind of product in this market .

its sad cause it wasnt like this but nowdays its filled with resell cancers you hardly get a hang of a real dev .

Of course it does something. However, if your board is locked, it is likely because the SMBIOS was modified before a BIOS update. On some boards, this can cause the SMBIOS region to become read-only. In that situation, you may need to downgrade to the earliest BIOS version available before it can be corrected.

You previously called us a scam because support did not respond within the timeframe you expected. That does not make the product a scam, nor does it give you any basis to make the same accusation here.

Reported has operated for more than five years and has built a strong reputation. Criticism is fine, but repeatedly making baseless accusations is not. Please stop spreading nonsense in our threads.

i never made contact with any of you , i couldnt .... you made sure no one can before they bought keys from you which at that point you can always never refund if necessary infact i am currently in the exact same situation with another provider that said they can fix this now they realize they cant and they are holding my money , i will post they're names with screenshots and proof soon should he decide to not refund , im not just acusing people for no reason if you were a legit provider your discord would not look like that , which is sad becuase i was looking to buy long term from reported hearing the good reviews but now all the build up is gone .

i can never go to the earliest bios version because im on ASUS , and if you know anything about asus you know that once you upgrade it will not let you downgrade in bios and thats exactly what i did sadly after using void spoofer i flashed bios to the latest version :) it will give you some kind of error that the version is to old or something . so i cant go back to fix it , i cant just spoof the current situation , there is no option left , unless someone can magically rewrite the Smbios data in its current state the board is done . not bricked but its pretty much done for spoofing .
