EFT possible incoming anti cheat changes

I was originally false banned along time ago in this game and it was a hardware ban. I been playing legit since with a temp spoof and got far, but due to the fact I'm spoofing I'm still technically "cheating" or breaking their TOS. These upcoming changes does anyone believe BSG will switch off battle eye and to something like EAC or Vanguard that launches on boot or just something harder to spoof? I'm just making this forum because I'd like to know what I should expect. If you check there game plans on twitter they are planning to have "additional anti-cheat measures" so what do you guys think that will entail? Am I just paranoid lol?

Definitely, yes. The key point isn't really which anti-cheat system BSG uses, but that you yourself stated that you are still using a spoofer. If BSG improves the detection of hardware identities or unusual system characteristics, the risk of another ban increases — regardless of whether BattlEye remains in use or is replaced by a different anti-cheat solution.

BSG could certainly introduce additional anti-cheat measures, but a complete switch from BattlEye to Easy Anti-Cheat or Riot Vanguard would be a significant technical and organizational undertaking. Changes of that scale generally do not happen quickly, as they require deep integration with the game client, launcher, and the entire support infrastructure. It is more likely that BSG will continue expanding its existing protection systems — for example, through additional detection methods, more extensive server-side analysis, stricter checks of drivers and running processes, more frequent signature and behavioral updates, as well as improved detection of hardware spoofing and spoofing tools.

I don't think they will change the AC, I'm expecting secure boot and maybe even hvci enforcement, as they have talked about this being something they want to implement earlier this year. They have also been collecting telemetry regarding these settings for a while now.
What will be interesting to see is whether the checks are done by BE or their launcher. Doing it from userland would probably be pointless.

Thanks for the information guys it's very informative. I guess my best course of action is to not launch the game when the 1.1 update drops and watch for any form of ban waves to be safe.
