Help with L2Net problem QQ

Hi...is the first time that I will use the L2Net.
When I open the L2Net I get this error.

Which is the solution?

PD: I'm not english :P

Can you read ??? You Need Netframework 3.5 and the newest direct x version
Frame work is an windows update !!!!

Ps: you dont need to be english to understend /chek that you need an update !!1

I have installed now .net framework 3.5 and directx feb2010 redist (the last version that I found) and run perfect.
