Its not that theyre not legit. Im sure they are if they're on the list. Its just how they are operating and I dont want any part of that. They lost my trust. I got accepted in their discord and I asked how I get an invite code for the website. They told me I had to send money first. Only after I sent the money they told me the product is down and they didnt send the invite. I asked for a refund and they said send proof, so I dmed the guy to send proof of payment but just got ignored. Next thing my ticket is deleted to a "wild mod". I create a new ticket and they say they dont offer refunds. So I just left the server. Im not comfortable using them as a main provider. I don't want any drama. Im sure they were just not in a good mood. All of this started on the 2nd. They takes days to reply to tickets with half ass not even helpful replies. The only helpful thing they said was "no refunds" after over 10 days of this BS.

Thanks sharing your honestly experience and sorry to hear about this.I didnt believe this kind behavior from them because they are in list and many recomended them.So if you see them in list like this ->you can expect high quality product,reliable and good community.Unfortunately you cant trust for everything what you see/read.

When you jump to "new" provider you dont know how they handle all things and what kind is community truly is.Dont worry you are not alone with this kind experince.I have many bad experience about this.I have learned if i face this kind behavior its better forget this provider and find better one over the time.This way how they handle things its not never acceptable.
