why do i keep getting banned? Where to get quality accounts

So i keep getting banned on rust servers after awhile of playing only on the servers never a game ban (You are banned from this server ((EAC Ban Evasion))). im on a new ip. I think it might be how i changed my ip my friend told me theres no reason to buy a vpn to just spoof my mac address with tmac then go in control panel an manually changing my ip on my Ethernet connection i changed my ip4, subnet mask, default gateway, and dns.
Im questioning his method is how their linking me to my previous game bans. and if it is, what are good vpns to use also is there anywhere i can buy premium accounts with bm hours 100$+ other than g2g because every premium account ive got of there always lies it will say 2000 thousand real hours but then i get 900bm an 2k steam.

Use a VPN rather than spoofing your mac address. Check and see if it works
