Windows 11 question

Hello, I was wondering, do you guys run private servers on Windows 11 or do I need a VM to run never EO version.

Seems that I cant get MSG Sever to work on my Windows 11 for Divine Fire or 1655 Versions. Work fine in VM, but once on PC just shuts down after 3 seconds.

I do have my Region settings set to Chinese Simplified, Mainland China.
I have tried everything, just cant get it to work. Is it windows 11 issue?

I tried many things to get the 1654/1655 version running in windows 11 and seems that my only luck is using windows 10 vms

it does work but it corrupts , you have to extract the msgserver from the rar file every time then run it , atleast thats what i had to do

ps. i ran all my eo stuff on windows 11

just makesure to add exceptions to anti virus , the whole server folder and sub folders , plus u might have to enable net framework 3.5 as its disabled in win 11 but it is installed

all else fails you could try running them in compatibility mode , like win 10 or win 7 w.e
