Is dma even worth it for rust anymore?

From what I understand, to be completely ud on high level EAC you need to have custom emulated firmware, which will be a headache and cost more than 200$, not even including a cheat sub.

Why would I ever pay the cost and experience the headache of dma when it seems like solid externals/internals do the same job at a fraction of the cost?

Is dma just burnt out now?

it all depends on the firmware. If your firmware is elite you will be fine. The dma card doesnt really matter anymore you can get a 100t even for $100. Im working on my own fw as we speak cause eac stepped up their game and most fw now will get you banned on eac rust

according to 0x41^4, building your own firmware is the best option.
is this true? there are hundreds of pcileech repos on github being posted every week that emulate being wifi/soundcards, are those ud on eac at the moment?

i wouldnt trust them personally, i used a fw gen to develop base fw then im manually going in and editing to match my donor. there are a lot of steps to really be ready for eac+. do some research first. its a lot, been working on mine for over a week.
