Need a boost with Hamachi

Hey everyone I have the server up and running and I can access it but I was wondering what I am doing wrong that I cant get it public.

I have the GamePublicIP in the ps_game.ini set to the Hamachi IP and and the <sv_publicip> set as the Hamachi IP as well. I have edited my game as well and put in the Hamachi IP where the AGE IP was at and I can connect but others can't.

If anyone could put up a mini guide involving getting Shaiya public with Hamachi or tell me what i could be doing wrong that would be awesome

might be a stupid question but have the users you have had to try and log in your servers in the hamachi group you have set up?

Yes lol >_< They are logged into Hamachi when they try xD

way to bring back a dead thread....if you want to set up a public server with hamachi, use the search engine, there is a step by step guide posted on these forums

i have the same problem, has the solution to this been found yet?

EDIT: trust me iv been searching and there is no luck, hours of desperate searching through each page.

btw mr candyman i went on that link yesterday, didnt help. followed the instructions to the letter and my friend still cant connect

did u disabled ur firewall? edited the IP?? <----those are the main things that im wondering now then

yes i disabled my firewall even turned off UAC just incase of anyfin and i edited my public ip's to hamachi and game.exe

I'm sorry if I am not helpful here.
But I would not recommend using hamachi on a public server. EVER ><
That's a very bad idea for the following reason: through hamachi the host can be directly hacked by whoever is connected to them. Which is very easy to do...
If you can't forward ports or you don't have enough for a host it's just better to wait than to risk being hacked. Internet is getting worse and worse each day when it comes to hacking...
