Avoid This POE2 Seller

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a seller.

Before receiving payment, the seller was extremely responsive. However, after payment was made, communication became almost non-existent. I am actively losing time on the key I purchased because of how long it takes to get a response.

I rarely go out of my way to make public complaints, but I feel compelled to do so in this case so others can avoid the same issues.

The software is entirely in Chinese, with no English version available. To use it, I had to download a separate translation tool and manually translate screenshots just to understand what the interface options mean. Even then, some menus disappear as soon as you click them, making it impossible to take screenshots and translate certain settings.

I politely asked the seller for assistance with the setup process because there are multiple files involved, and the provided translations are often unclear. I do not read Mandarin, so understanding the software and setup process is already difficult. Despite repeatedly asking for help, the seller continually directed me back to the setup guide.

While I appreciate having a guide available, it is not nearly detailed enough. Most of the screenshots are still in Chinese, and the guide does not clearly explain where files should be placed or how certain steps should be completed. I followed it as closely as possible, but it simply was not sufficient to get everything working correctly.

I asked several times if the seller could assist me directly with the setup. Instead of providing support, I was repeatedly told to refer back to the same guide. The problem is that the guide itself is confusing, incomplete, and partially written in a language I cannot read.

What made the experience even worse was the seller's attitude. Rather than helping point me in the right direction or providing basic setup assistance, many of the responses came across as dismissive and rude. As a paying customer, I expected at least a reasonable level of support, especially after spending 36 USDT on the product.

At no point was I asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted assistance understanding and setting up software that is almost entirely in Chinese. Instead, I was left struggling through an unclear guide and waiting extended periods for responses that offered little to no help.
