I have a problem about purchasing e golds

Hello so I bought 624 e*gold by using Bitcoin-ALFAcoins so confirmations on blockchain and my application seems completed but when it comes to ALFAcoins it shows that still confirmations are 1/2 and I'm unable to check my e*golds anyone has an idea?
