I unfortunately cannot say anything positive about any spoofer providers I used so far. I tried both the permanent and temporary options from Sync, and neither of them worked for me.
I also tried to sort things out with the support staff, but the response was far from what a customer should expect. Either the support asks you 45 times for screenshots of your serials — even though everything is already showing green — or they simply tell you that everything is fine without doing any proper investigation. On top of that, they often do not answer all the questions that are necessary to complete the spoofing process correctly.
I also tried the Verse permanent spoofer. Same situation there. At the beginning, they were polite, and I followed the manual exactly as instructed. But the more questions I asked to make sure I was doing everything correctly, the more I got the feeling they started ignoring me. Some of them do not even fully understand what is written in their own manual, which is a huge red flag from my point of view. That already makes you question everything from the start.
I even contacted the founder of Verse directly. He told me, “We’ll take a look at it.” After that, there were no results and no further feedback.
Overall, the entire experience was frustrating, time-consuming and not customer-friendly at all — especially considering that all of this costs money as well.
I am fine if a spoofer does not work on my system or for whatever reason. But do not lie to or deceive people. That is unprofessional and not sustainable for your companies.
