Blizzard Account Deletion

Hello folks, wanted to play my recently purchased Diablo IV at my account. Tried to login but it seems database cannot find my login details. Contacted to Blizzard support and they say need previous information of your account to check details.

This seems to me looks like; Blizzard is deleting some accounts without any permission and reason :rtfm:

long story short, my account is recovered by staff and im able to play...

Just imagine if you forgot details of your account then u never cannot recover it back, anyway it was not hacked or anything. My email is just deleted, because login box says we cannot find this email but i was sure there is inbox mails at my gmail. :pimp:

What country was the account located in?

:D I had the same problem a while back. I didn't know my email, nor my password. I just knew when my account was created, on which servers i've played, whats my birthday, in which order my chars where created, of course their names etc. and that was enough to get my account back. For this, I have to give probs to blizzard. Many other things are broken, but account recovery wise, I've never seen a more forgiving company, at least not a big one like blizzard. Most big corporations just say they are sorry for my inconvenience but it's against company policy to grant people access without email and password yada yada yada.
