[Release] Translated cq_itemtype sql

This will change just the names of the items to english. It won't do the whole cq_itemtype so about 20-30% you'll have to do yourself. Hey I don't even have a fully translated cq_itemtype. Nonetheless you don't have to worry about finding one and hoping that the item action id are different.

Hope you enjoy, if any problems just let me know. I'll admit that it may not be totally prefect.

There is something I forgot... it's from a paladin database. You can use it on divine but the most you'll get is a few eudemon, gear, flowers, and item names. When I finish adding some of the divine eudemon to my server I can redo it and you'll get most of all the eudemon. I got about 3 Astral Eudemon done so far. Since I move I haven't seen anyone on the server so I got lazy :bandit:

I know I got to hex most of the pets but that's not what takes so long. It's making sure I got all the client files. I'm leaving the mounts for last simply b/c they have more files to find and I'm not sure how to find some of the data for them in some of the ini files. I'll release a few maybe all of the Astral Eudemon when I'm done if I see that some of the newer database are still missing them. Personally I like my paladin client would like the one before it but that database needs a better msg.exe
