If you see a freshly created account with 0 posts, no reputation, and no trade history, do not trust it. Report the thread or simply ignore it. Most of these scammers only post video links, although after this warning they may also start adding fake text descriptions to appear more legitimate.
If you are ever unsure whether somebody is legitimate, request the use of an [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. This alone removes almost all risk of being scammed. Any new serious seller should be willing to complete a few middleman trades if necessary to prove legitimacy.
