1. You have an established elitepvpers profile with real history (posts, reputation, time on site). Throwaways get ignored.
2. Send me a PM on elitepvpers with your profile link and a short note on what you'd use it for.
3. If I hand you access, you post an honest vouch in this thread after testing.
