valo spoofer needed

I got hwid ban. Can anyone recommend a valo spoofer? And also is a windows reinstall needed?
I tried easybro but without the windows reinstall and it didnt work I kept getting a delayed ban. So before doing a windows reinstall I wanna see if there is an actual working one without a windows reinstall. I also tried the saturn trial but it didnt work and just crashed during the spoofing process.

thanks for the suggestions but i js went ahead and still bought saturn spoofer which then did work for me
