I can’t speak specifically to R6, but many games use recoil heuristics as part of their trust factor calculations. Naturally controlling recoil will always produce some variation in drag patterns, whereas most no-recoil scripts follow a fixed X and Y axis pattern, which can be detected and flagged by the anti-cheat.
That’s how it works for COD, BF6, and PUBG ranked mode.
Based on his reply, I assume it’s the same for R6 as well, though I don’t play R6 so I can’t say for sure, as I mentioned.
