How to create/configure a client to connect to a localhost private server?

Hello, I'm setting up a private server from scratch to improve myself, but I ran all the files on localhost (my own computer) and the server is now active. However, how can I create a client to run it on localhost?

Step 1 : Download Claude Code or Codex (Even the free limited version of Codex is enough for this task)
Step 2 : "Hey, change the ip in C:/Nostale/NostaleClientX.exe to 127.0.0.1"
Step 3 : "Hey, my client isn't starting after I edited the IP, check from the HEX"
ChatGPT/Claude : "You need startup arguments [ ... ] EntwellNostaleClient"
Step 4 : "Hey, create a shortcut from that NostaleClientX.exe and put argument EntwellNostaleClient"
Step 5 : Enjoy

You have a lot of tools today, don't hesitate to use them if you have no knowledge.
If you have knowledge, hex address is 000b37f0
