new server installation

Hi, I want to start a server from scratch and improve my skills. Do you have any recommendations for an up-to-date open-source program, or any documentation regarding installation?

You won't be able to find any uptodate source without spending money, that's for sure.

You can find Vanosilla, Noscore, Opennos and many more emulators online, the installation is pretty straightforward by reading the readme.md.

Vanosilla but you will need to fix many things like NsTest and a lot of in-game packets
