MSG Server registration key

Hello, I searched but was not able to find a post about this.
I downloaded Goddesses and Archer DBs and when I try to run MSG Server I get this error. What to do?

It has been years since I played around with private servers. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

i only ever got that error when the reg key wasnt put into the hosts , or the ini files were wrong , but im pretty sure u know enough to know how to setup the files , so i couldnt tell you besides reg key and replacing that msg server with a new/different one

Thank you. It has been over 10 years since I last played around with private servers, so forgot alot :) Thanks alot for your reply!
