Ok, well we will start with a shout out to everyone who contributes ( This is my first time, but atleast i have stopped leeching :P ). Now, Lets move on to " The Dice King ".
The dice king is an NPC ( BOT ) who is located in the market. Now this may or may not work for you but it will differ for every person who try's it and may or may not work. Ok now we have established that this is a " Theory/Working progress ".
-= Aim : To discover how the Dice King works and predict close to the next roll.
-= Hypothesis : The Dice King is an NPC therefore may be predictable due to coding.
-= Materials : Calculator, Paper, Pencil, Brain ( i do not use a calculator ).
-= Method :

1) Ok, goto the dice king start a game with him. Do not bet any money.
2) Wait the 40 seconds or so for the end of round one and record the following.
The # , what each of the dice rolled and wether it is Big or Small.
An example i will give is : #11 , Dice 1 = 3, Dice 2 = 5 and Dice 3 = 3,
Size = Big. Refer to Picture 1.0
3) Now, if you do not understand refer to the picture 1.0 for more information. From here you will find out how to decide if it is going to be a big or a small (Note: This usually will tell you if it is going to be a big or small and sometimes will land on the correct number.) and what number.
4) Record the results of the Second Game the same as Game one, so now you should have two results similar to my example below:
#11, 3 5 3, Big
#07, 3 2 2, Small
5) This is where it gets harder to understand so please read carefully.
I am going to use a clock to try to make you understand how im trying to put this. On a die there is a number from #1 - #6. Therefore 6 would act like a 12 O'clock or the 24:00 and 1 would be 1 O'clock or 01:00 like the start of a new day. So you get the two group you have recorded already like #11 and #07 and you add the die together, I will now show you how.

#07, | 3 | 2 | 2 |, Small
You add these together and you get
#11, | 3 | 5 | 3 |, Big

You get the 6 from adding 3 + 3 and you get 1 from adding 5 + 2 because 5 + 1 = 6 which is the last number able to be used on a die so it kicks over to a 1 because it has 1 left over, and 5 from 2 + 3.
6) Now you add 6 + 1 + 5 Together and you get #12 ( Big ) so you either place a bet on the Big 2 x money or put your money on the #12. I suggest you put it on the Big due to the fact that this is still being developed and does have flaws. Now this method will tell you when it is going to be a big or a small. ( Sometimes this will fail due to the 3 dice being random rolls. But you will always know wether it is big the chance of getting it wrong with Big or Small if very low about 1 in 20 goes it may be wrong.
7) Now if you understand how it works and you feel confident to do it in your head like me then you are set to do this quick in under 40 seconds. But as it goes you will find that you will understand and be able to do it faster but by then it may be patched because i have been doing it for a while, and shared it with my friends.
8) I cant stress enough how important it is that you get it in the right order. For example if you look at Picture 1.0 below then you will see the order is 5 4 5. If you write 5 5 4 or 4 5 5 you may end up wrong. Also sometimes you will land 1 or 2 off the actual target which means there may be some Algebraic equasions implemented into the Dice Kings Coding. I know a bit about coding due to i being a developer in a Ragnarok Server which i have coded for various servers, but i might be wrong.
