I have no idea, but in your other post I did mention its probably a new account setup thing to prove you are not a bot. I honestly cant remember its been awhile. Maybe you need to get some posts before you can msg or use a thing like a puzzle to prove you are not a bot. Can msg me if you want to get threw it. What is it you are trying to do?
