Delay After Return and 24 DUMPS

Friends, when I enter the game and pull return scroll , and the player appears again, there is a 2-3 second delay and the character does not move, premium etc. do not show up.
EVERY TIME I PULL RETURN scroll AND ENTER THE GAME
The GAMESERVER creates 24 .dmp files inside the files folder. I tried creating another character and tested, all are the same."

I couldn't understand anything from the .dmp files either, is there anyone who can help?
I think the delay is caused by the 24 .dmp files created by the GAMESERVER, but I'm not sure.

Sometimes there's no delay at all and the .dmp file isn't created.
Sometimes there's a delay and the .dmp file is created.

I'm not editing the database. I'm waiting for the delay to occur. It happens automatically. I don't understand if I have a connection problem or something.
