But I need a apex provider, Must have glow, must have spec counter, MUST NOT REQUIRE SVM VIRTUALIZATION, And preferably not 100$ a month.

We have player and item glow and doesnt require virtualization. but we dont have spectate counter unfortunately :handsdown:
