Hi,
Thanks for the detailed review. I would like to comment on some of the points:
VexOS Internals are our babies and have an amazing track record of 0 detections since release over a year ago on ANY of our products.
- VexOS Rust: What has been addressed is partially correct regarding lag... When 40 players, 300 items and the ESP distance is set to maximium, it does lag when rendering (which I imagine it would do with all providers) especially on low end PCs... The external does have a little bit more lag for obvious reasons but enabling VSYNC tends to give it that extra push. Saying that, we always recommend OUR VexOS Internal. Our updates are usually really really fast as a user has quoted above, but sometimes, when Rust decides to update twice on a Thursday. again on the Friday, twice again on the Saturday and to top it off, again on Sunday, I do hold off a little which I'm sure other server owners could relate to that. When it is updating, all keys are paused (which is also announced). I remember the time that has been mentioned above, and I compensated every user with 6 days because downtime was 32 hours.
- Sometimes Rude Staff: Sometimes, if a customer's native language isn't English, some sarcasm may be interpretated as rude. Everyone seems to think that we can spend 4 hours talking about life with each person, which unfortunately is very difficuilt if we have a lot of support tickets open from users that haven't bothered to read 3 simple instructions which a customer has mentioned above (thanks for that) saying our tutorials are very easy to follow and well written.
- The ban spoken about by another customer above: We have an amazing track record. If a large group of friends buy VexOS Rust Internal and they are fine, and only 1 of them get's banned, I think it is obvious where the issue comes from. We will discuss that more below. We have not had a single detection in more than a year.
- Recommending a spoofer: We do, we have done and we always will recommend Reported.lol. It's just ashame that the one time we told a customer which was mentioned above to buy reported.lol because he kept trying to play on banned hwid, it was announced 48hours later by the dev's that there were potential issues with a very low userbase of EAC users. That is something out of our hands so we can't be judged by that. I am a lifetime customer of theirs and I have never had issues.
- DMA Firmware: VexOS are partners with Artemis which is correct. VexOS and Artemis DO NOT share devices so if they were to announce a detection, that wouldn't affect us at all... Saying that, I have looked threw their discord and I cannot see any announcement from the owner saying that EAC had detection issues, so where that information came from is beyond me. VexOS has an amazing track record for DMA Firmware and we a lot of long-term customers. It seems to be the "new dma kids" that have issues as they think they can Peterbot everyone and get away with it because they use DMA.... Wake up call: That's not possible.... We do have an issue with one of our datacentres and we are migrating everything to another datacentre (only affects dma auth and loader) and it has been down for LESS than 24 hours. The fact of someone coming on here, and even mentioning that, I feel is a bit out of line since it's the first server-based indicent we have had and then claiming to be steve jobs and saying it's because it's detected is absolutely wild. We also offer an alternative product that NO OTHER server currently has which is perfect even for FACEIT.
- Lifetime products: VexOS has NEVER sold lifetime products and never will.. I have been against that since we launched the server/products. I get offered daily to sell lifetime and I always decline. Regarding the "Spanish" friend... He came from another server I was co-owner at nearly 2 years ago. He still has his lifetime key active with them (now for 3 years) and he joined VexOS asking for his other product to be changed for Vex.. He was told WE DO NOT OFFER LIFETIME and even if we did, I would certainly not change him from something he paid for 3 years ago (that still works) to a completely different product on a completely different server. That's like buying a BMW from a salesman in 2023, realising that salesman is now working for Mercedes and going there today, in 2026, and demanding a brand new Mercedes from him. Doesn't make sense.
- Autovouch after 15 days: This is correct. The same as tripadvisor, trustpilot etc... What people need to understand is VexOS as providers and others providers depend on reviews. When someone has an issue/problem wether it's "US" related or "THEM" related, they are very fast at leaving a negative review (like some of our friends above)... When something is good, not a lot of people leave reviews. For every 10 customers that enjoy the product, 1 or 2 leave a positive review... For every 1 customer that doesn't have the experience they were looking for or has a negative experience, they leave 10 reviews everywhere, making the most noise so yes, that does justify our autovouch system AFTER 15 days and AFTER multiple messages reminding them to vouch or it will be autovouched. Our autovouches are clearly stated as being AUTO to help not cause any confusion. Our vouches are numbered from 0 to 1030 (I think we are on now), and not 1 is deleted (postitive or negative).
- SMBIOS: You are completely correct in saying that I do take time to do them.. Unfortunately that is something I need to try and organise better. I do have some pending and for that reason I haven't taken on anymore. I have done more than 400 tho. I am a one-man band and keeping up with everything does sometimes get overwhelming. As regards to the other person that left, he has never done SMBIOS nor any type of coding... He was purely for sales and maintaning server channels. He hasn't been with us for quite a long-time now due to other personal factors non-vexos related
Thanks for the reviews and thanks reading my reply...
