Mob Location Spawn on maps

Hello guys,

I have recently started learning a bit about the files in my free time as currently there is no servers worthy playing (At least for me).

First of all, thanks everyone that shared some kind of files / editors to help, appreciated till sky.

My question and concern is, I spawn the monster on the map, let's say Datong for example, that mob is stuck in 1 place while 3 others are moving.
Another thing about this is that once you target it, you lose target if he wants to move.

Is there a specific tool for nfo or a correct way to add monster on map.

On the server side make sure that the map.xpft and map.xobb are the right ones for that particular map.
