Teleporting without the walking animation?

Saw a video of somebody using EnergyBot, he was teleporting from Weapons trader to Alchemist, instantly disolved all weapons and teleported back, visually staying in place. Anybody knows how to do it? My character keeps walking for a second back and forth every time.

These are two different movement use cases.

#1 is like you are sending StatePackets to clear the area, then it will look like you are walking back and forth (for example when using waitDMG).

#2 is when you are just teleporting to one place. then the character will be gone after half a second from the map visible to others and just appeear on the target position.
