two d2jsp accounts?

Hey guys! Got banned recently for selling FG and I'm trying to roll a new account. The problem is every time I make one (even on mobile with a different IP), I'm basically muted. It tells me to wait before posting, but 3 days later I still can't send anything.

Any tips on how to bypass this and get a working account? VPN or any other method?
