Sehr geehrte Administration und Community,

Vorwort:
Hiermit m�chte ich mich als Moderator f�r die Sektionen [Ark Raiders, 4Story] - [The Black Market] bewerben

Zu mir:
Ich hei�e Michael, bin 27 Jahre alt, komme aus Bayern und arbeite als Spengler.

Ein gro�er Teil meiner Zeit flie�t in meinen Beruf, meine �brige Freizeit verbringe ich mit Freunden und Gaming.

Ich bin seit 2010 auf Elitepvpers registriert und somit bereits seit vielen Jahren aktives Mitglied der Community.
W�hrend ich anfangs haupts�chlich in der 4Story-Sektion aktiv war, hat sich mein Engagement inzwischen auf nahezu
alle Bereiche des Black Markets ausgeweitet.

Erfahrung und Hintergrund:
Durch meine langj�hrige Aktivit�t im 4Story-Bereich sowie meine Beteiligung in den anderen Sektionen des Black Markets habe ich umfassende Einblicke in Community-Strukturen,
Handelsabl�ufe und typische Problemf�lle innerhalb der Szene gewonnen. �ber die Jahre hinweg habe ich viele Konfliktsituationen,
Betrugsf�lle und Regelverst��e miterlebt und aktiv dazu beigetragen, diese zu melden und aufzukl�ren.

Ich freue mich darauf, mit meinen Erfahrungen und F�higkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung des Forums beizutragen.

Also meinen Namen bekommst du auf jeden Fall nicht :o

Du hast in den letzten 2 Jahren insgesamt 10 Beitr�ge ver�ffentlicht. Auch wenn du bereits einen guten Start durch deinen Guardian Rang hast, w�rde ich dir vorschlagen dich noch mehr in der Sektion einzubringen. Der Black Market Bereich ist einer der gr��ten Bereiche auf dieser Plattform, daher w�rde ich vorschlagen einen kleineren Bereich anzustreben.

Wenn du in den n�chsten Wochen aktiver wirst, w�rdest du meine Unterst�tzung bekommen.

Actually, you know nothing about me.
Just because you�ve never seen me doesn�t mean I�m doing nothing for Epvp.

You�ve been a member for over 15 years and currently have 500 posts.

That averages out to about 0.088 posts per day - roughly one post every 11�12 days.

Over 90% of your threads and posts (90.9% threads and 92.6% posts) are trade-related.

You haven�t contributed any guides, tutorials, technical support, or helpful content. Nothing outside of trading discussions.

From what I was able to discover, your presence here has been entirely self-serving. Even your MM service was profit-driven rather than a free offering to help people while building your reputation.

If I�m mistaken and you do contribute to the community in ways that aren�t public, you should include that in your application so others can see your contributions and better understand the value you�d bring to the staff team.

As a Guardian im sure there is a whole lot of background stuff being done. Even a regular epvper can follow up, clean up the website and report properly. You have made it to Guardian I dont see why you can do more for your community as a mod. I do agree with some statements made about posts as I have fallen under that my self as I been here a long time but only in the last 2 years been more active so I respect that comment.

You have my vote. I wish you luck.
