rust and mobile auth link

hello all, i’ve been game banned on an account that i linked to my mobile auth about 500 days ago, i have a new legit looking account and want to link the new account to my mobile authenticator. what are the chances of this causing a game ban or server ban? or do they just not matter. thanks 🥰

doesnt matter about ur mobile auth only thing they can link your new account to ur old is IP causing a server ban however rust do hwid ban you so i would spoof just to be safe
