Bans from previous titles

Haven't touched COD games since they added kernel level AC but before that got probably 40-50 accounts banned raging.

Should I worry about getting instantly banned without a spoofer or should I play it safe?

I read the bans carry over but from how far back?

if i were you i would create a fresh account and play for a few days and see what happens, if no ban= you are clear, and if u get banned then you know you are hwid banned still.
