Question on Resi VPN's Vs mobile hotspot

I have been using Tuxler VPN for probably 2 month so far, but its not perfect. Connection is very slow (discord sometimes wont load) and it disconnects me from Discord from time to time usually when I first start playing. It randomly changes connection source IE: I start with a connection from Miami, FL.... few minutes goes by and it changes to Fort Worth, Texas... and disconnects me from Discord but has never kicked me from Rust servers, but Im sure an IP change mid game cant look good. I know speed and ping is a normal thing with VPN's, just want to know if MH is better overall.

Is the Ping and overall speed of a Mobile hotspot better? I have a new iphone.. but ive never tried using it for my PC as a hotspot.

Any thoughts?

Keep in mind that Tuxler operates on a peer-to-peer (P2P) network when it comes to their residential pool. This means by using their service, you're sharing your own residential internet connection with other users.
