Dedicated Technical Discussion Threads "Reversal, Structs and Offsets"

What if we had pinned topics in game categories to share structs, offsets, and things related to reverse engineering?
They could be managed by moderators or active members—it doesn't matter much, as long as they remain organized.

It would be interesting to have a single place where users can discuss reverse engineering techniques, offset tips, functions, and methods. This way, forum members can help each other and keep track of changes after updates. Currently, this type of information tends to get lost or scattered across random topics.

I don't know if this fits the vibe of the forum, but I thought I'd share the idea.

I like the idea. It would give the forum more purpose beyond just buying and selling products. Right now, it doesn't really feel like there are many areas where people can actually contribute.

That's generally possible as soon as we see it is maintained regularly. :)

Not a bad idea as a foundation, but with the current P2C mentality, where most providers act like vultures circling a carcass, I do not see it bringing much real value overall.

Sure, pasters may benefit from it, but veteran providers will not need that kind of information, and they definitely will not share anything that is actually useful, because that would directly affect their own business.

It is somewhat similar to the old EPVP Level 1, 2, and 3 legacy roles.

It would be cool to see something like that brought back, where people could actually compete for those roles and prove real expertise through their contributions.

However, once again, I do not think it would fit the current P2C scene very well. To make such a system meaningful, people would need to share genuinely useful information, and that same information could then be used directly against them by their competitors.

Yeah, that's a good idea, man. People want status. Who gonna do all that shit for nothing. I reckon bringin in some role would def convice me to post stuff. Just so i look more knowledgeable then others

I've been working on FishingPlanet/ denvuo for like 2 years now, I'll be dammed if i share anything without getting something in return for instance

I like the idea, but as others of mentioned I think over time it would get turned into a fight over code and what not and possible unaccredited action taken over sharing ideas.

Hopefully it can be maintained properly as it would be a pretty neat idea. If it can get regulated and maintained I'm all for this idea. :)

I liked the idea of ranks presented by MilkyWayCheats.

And I believe that this would really be the best way to organize things. I don't know what the staff thinks, but I believe it would be a good start and a way to begin with roles.

Perhaps making it accessible only to those who contribute through roles.

Since I was the one who came up with the idea, I took the initiative to create a forum post to get started.

I created a guide in Scum for a function that, at least personally, I haven't found publicly available anywhere.
