Why do the same servers always open?

Damn it, everyone's focused on making money, nobody cares about the players. We can't play on any server without paying, but know this: if those who don't make money don't play on the server, nobody will pay. We want a fun PvP server. We're against ridiculously poorly crafted items or 3x experience points.
