hey is this normal that i must wait a long time to login ??

and every time ther are stay :

Thefore unable to login at this moment.
Auto Login will begin. Waiting period will be based on time line.

and how i get premium ? im new in this game xD

buy it for real money.it give u additional str,int points.more xp and more.
