I’m running an iSRO-R (Rigid / original) cap 100 server, and I’d like to start learning how to properly use and implement the SRO DevKit, as well as how to edit / analyze silkroad_client.exe.
I’m mainly a Web Developer, but I do have some basic C++ experience and a solid understanding of computers in general.
That said, Silkroad development feels like a completely different world, and I’m not sure where to begin correctly.
What I’m looking for:
How to properly set up and use SRO DevKit
Basics of client-side editing / reversing (silkroad_client.exe)
Recommended tools, tutorials, or learning paths
Any advice on where to start coding for Silkroad (client or server-side)
I’m not expecting everything for free — I’m willing to pay for proper help, guidance, or mentoring if someone experienced is interested.
Any help, direction, or resources would be greatly appreciated.
